Legal & Trust

Last updated: March 21, 2026

This page provides the supporting trust information that sits alongside MITPO’s core legal documents. It covers AI use, service-provider categories, and the practical boundaries of the product in a way that is intended to be clear and understandable.

Overview

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy remain MITPO’s primary legal pages. This page brings together supporting trust information that helps users understand how the service operates without turning the core legal pages into long operational documents.

The current version is intended for MITPO users and customers in the United States and Australia.

How MITPO Uses AI

MITPO uses AI to help with marketing research, strategy, competitor analysis, campaign planning, persona generation, and workflow support. Different product features may use different model paths depending on the task and the quality or reliability target for that feature.

MITPO does not present AI output as guaranteed fact. Users are expected to review output before publishing, launching, or relying on it for material business decisions.

  • AI can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or biased.
  • Users remain responsible for claims, decisions, and customer-facing output.
  • High-risk or regulated use cases still require human review.

Safety and Product Boundaries

MITPO uses product boundaries, anti-abuse controls, prompt structure, feature restrictions, and provider-level routing logic to reduce unsafe or low-quality output. These controls are designed to reduce risk, not to guarantee perfect behavior.

Public demo surfaces may have stricter limits than authenticated product surfaces. Anti-spam and abuse controls may rely on browser, device, IP, and verification signals where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Subprocessors and Service Providers

MITPO relies on third-party service providers to help operate the platform. Depending on the feature in use, this can include providers for hosting, databases, authentication, transactional email, billing, anti-abuse controls, and AI model delivery.

This page intentionally discloses provider categories and processing roles at a high level. It is designed to provide useful transparency without publishing sensitive internal security or infrastructure detail.

  • Hosting and edge delivery providers
  • Database and storage providers
  • Authentication and session providers
  • Transactional email and billing providers
  • Security, CAPTCHA, and abuse-prevention providers
  • AI model and inference providers used to deliver product features

What We Do Not Publish

MITPO does not publish internal prompts, model routing logic, security controls, architectural weak points, or other sensitive infrastructure detail. Public trust information should explain how the service works at a useful level without creating unnecessary security exposure or confusion.
